Overview
Emergency Management is COBRA's incident branch: real-time incident and event management, resource tracking, and coordinated response tools built for EOCs of any size. Response and Med Ops modules run on one shared operating picture, so field teams, section leads, and decision-makers are all working from the same current information.
COBRA is built on the National Incident Management System and the Incident Command System, so the structures your staff already train on are the structures in the software.

Response
Track incidents from initial report through resolution. Response gives EOC and field staff a shared log of events, tasks, and status updates, with resource requests and situational reports surfacing live so command staff can act on current conditions instead of stale reports.
Med Ops
Coordinate medical resources and patient tracking alongside the broader response. Med Ops keeps EMS assignments, medical resource status, and patient movement visible to the EOC without requiring a separate system or manual reconciliation.
